Softball Batter-Up – T-Ball (SBU)

Softball NT provide a ‘Softball Batter-Up’ T-Ball (SBU) program catering to children aged between four and ten years of age. The SBU program provides accredited and nationally recognized skills-based training to our younger generation acting as an introductory product into the sport we love, Softball.

Some of the skills demonstrated within this training are, but not limited to:

  • Hand-Eye coordination
  • Team work and sportsmanship
  • Discipline
  • Resilience
  • Social engagement

The SBU program is a proud supporter of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) giving children with disabilities the opportunity to come along, learn and play our sport. For those unaware the NDIS is government funded financial assistance that can be sought for your child to provide them with assistance to participate in a sporting or recreational activity within your region.
