Softball Northern Territory has extended its thanks to the Northern Territory Government’s Community Benefit Fund for supporting the successful delivery of the Social T-Ball Come & Try series at Marrara Indoor Stadium over the past six months.

The program has seen strong community engagement across all ages, with many participants making the natural transition from indoor T-Ball to outdoor softball, including new memberships with the Darwin Softball League.

The initiative highlights the positive impact of grassroots sport funding, helping to grow participation and strengthen community connections through accessible, inclusive programs.

Weekly Social Softball Come & Try sessions are now underway every Wednesday, offering locals a fun and social pathway into the sport.
